Registering as an Individual?
E-mail your experience and contact to the office
Individual Registration $ plus $ Jersey
Fill out the Player Form and come to the next registration day with payment.

TEAM COACH / REPRESENTATIVE
Each team needs a volunteer
adult Coach/Team Representative
to be a liaison between the
team and the GPBH.
JERSEYS
Each team is required to have one set of matching numbered jerseys
and to wear either pants
or shorts with socks

JUNIOR'S 2012 SEASON INFORMATION
Team Registration Fee: $
Individual Registration Fee: $ plus $ jersey
14 regular season games plus minimum 2 playoff games. Games played at the Dave Barr Arena, Clairmont
Team minimum: 10 players and 1 goalie
Team maximum: 25 players/goalies
Bench maximum: 18 players and 2 goalies
